Norfolk SEND Youth Forum - Request form for Professionals
If you wish to consult with the Norfolk SEND Youth Forum or to invite a member of the group to speak at an event, such as a conference or workshop, please complete the form.
When we receive a new request, we will share this with the group at the next meeting. We meet every month, either online or face to face. After the meeting we will email you to confirm whether the group are able to be involved.

The Youth Forum receives a lot of requests from professionals. Please be aware that the group cannot be involved in everything that we’re asked to.
If the group agree to consult or attend an event, a facilitator will contact you to book in an online planning meeting. At this meeting we will work together to plan the event or consultation to ensure that we meet the needs of everyone involved.
Top tips for requests
- Plan ahead. The group has a limited number of meetings each year. As we meet monthly, we are unlikely to be able to accommodate any requests made at short notice
- Consultations are 20-30 minutes maximum
- Use simple, clear language to explain what you would like the group to do
- Ensure that you explain any acronyms or ‘jargon’ that the group might not be familiar with
- Key questions can help the group to understand what you will be asking them
